Fish at 55 is proud to announce an exciting new chapter - the opening of our very own authentic Japanese Sushi Bar, crafted and led by Executive Chef Thiago Krobath.

With more than 12 years dedicated to mastering the art of sushi, Thiago has trained with Japanese masters in Edomae-style technique, represented his craft on the world stage at the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo, and now brings his expertise to the heart of Rochester.

At our new Sushi Bar, you’ll discover sushi as it is meant to be experienced:
