Omakase at Fish at 55 – Coming Soon

A truly immersive dining experience is on its way to Fish at 55. Omakase, meaning "I leave it up to you," is the pinnacle of Japanese dining, where the Chef carefully selects and prepares each dish based on the finest ingredients of the day. This intimate and highly curated experience is about trust, craftsmanship, and an appreciation for the art of sushi.

Leading this new chapter is Master Sushi Chef Thiago Krobath, whose passion for Japanese cuisine has taken him across the world. Born in São Paulo, Brazil—home to the largest Japanese community outside of Japan—Thiago’s love for sushi was inspired by his early experiences in the city's Liberdade district. After years of dedicated training, he earned recognition from the All Japan Sushi Association following his master sushi training in Nagoya, Japan.

With over 12 years of experience, Thiago is bringing his expertise to Fish at 55, offering a truly authentic Omakase experience. Each carefully crafted piece of sushi will reflect the precision, technique, and tradition of Japan, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.
