Because omakase is by definition a chef-led, variable journey, we do not publish a fixed menu. But here is what you can expect when you sit at our counter:
A multi-course tasting journey — beginning with light seasonal appetisers and moving through nigiri, delicately prepared seafood plates, and concluding with a chef’s choice finale.
Seasonal & market-fresh ingredients — no fixed dishes, only what the sea has provided and the chef deems perfect for tonight.
Personal attention — limited to six guests, so Chef Thiago Krobath can tailor each progression to the group’s rhythm, energy and pace.
Optional sake pairings — available, curated to complement the flavours of each course.
