BOOKING POLICY

Advance booking required — we operate on reservation only.

1. Booking confirmation policy — to secure your place, full prepayment will be taken at the time of the booking.

2. Cancellation / changes — This reservation cannot be refunded. Changes cannot be made online through OpenTable. No-shows and cancellations will forfeit your payment. Modifications may also forfeit payment. If you have any questions, please contact the restaurant directly.

3. Dietary restrictions & allergens — Our Omakase menu is based largely on both raw and cooked fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with severe food allergies, as our omakase menu involves cross-contamination risks. We won’t be able to cater for vegetarian or vegan dietary requirements.

4. Behaviour & etiquette — We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before their reservation. All guests will be served at the same time, with service beginning promptly at the reservation time. We ask guests to please treat the space and service with respect, and trust the chef’s vision.

5. Dress code & duration — smart-casual. The experience lasts around 2 hours.

6. Terms & conditions
   Pre-payment includes the food and service charge, but does not include drinks.
   All bookings will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This experience is non-refundable.
